1. General Information

  • GlowEssence is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in the UAE.

  • These Terms apply to all purchases made through our Shopify store.

  • By shopping with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Products & Orders

  • We sell skincare, perfumes, hair care products, and electronics.

  • All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Payments

  • Payments are accepted through PayPal only.

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All transactions are processed securely. GlowEssence does not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Standard delivery across the UAE takes 6 to 9 business days.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • An unboxing video is required for all return or exchange claims.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the customer’s bank account after inspection of the returned product.

  • No restocking fee applies.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at glowessence@gmail.com.

  • Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GlowEssence is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

  • We do not provide warranties or guarantees on any products unless explicitly stated.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from purchases will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • By shopping with GlowEssence, you agree that disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
